General


Any logo or custom made material for 1Sigma6 is strictly for our use and cannot be used without our expressed permission.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Some items sold may be restricted in certain states, counties, or cities. We will not be held liable for purchases, or transfer of goods that are made and do not comply with the local laws/restrictions of that area. 


**It is up to the consumer to know their local laws and restrictions on the products they are purchasing.** 

Placing an order


Once an order is placed it is typically processed within 5-10 business days. You should receive a confirmation notification that your order was received and when it ships. In most cases you can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund depending on the supplier it is coming from.  Once your order has shipped you will not be able to cancel the order. Please understand we are a small family run business and keep a low inventory. Due to this some items may come direct from our suppliers or will need to be shipped to us first and then sent out to our customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Delivery


After payment is received, your order is processed and will be shipped within 5-10 business days. We do our best to get orders out quickly and on time. Depending on the amount of items purchased or size of product, delivery will come from USPS, UPS, or FedEx etc.  Please allow a minimum of 5 business days after your order has shipped for your package to arrive.  If you have not received your package within 7-10 days from the shipping date, please notify us. 


**We do not ship internationally**

Returns & Exchanges


We will accept returns/exchanges on a case by case basis 30 days from the **shipping date**. The customer is responsible for contacting us within the 30 day period to receive a return label. We make every effort to ensure items are not damaged and in working order before shipping them out. 

**We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping**.


Once the item is received by us and inspected, we will complete the return/exchange within 30 days of receipt if the item is in stock.  If the item is no longer in stock we will complete the return/exchange when it becomes available. If the item is no longer in stock, the customer will be contacted and may apply for store credit instead, or choose another item of similar value to replace it with.   All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and will receive store credit for the remaining purchase price which must be used within 90 days.

**All returns and exchanges must be unworn and unused in the original packaging. Any item returned that is not in new condition will not be refunded or exchanged and will not be sent back to the purchaser**.
